The TA8026AP is designed as an automotive flasher controller. The features of TA8223K are: (1)large output current: IOUT=300mA; (2)low standby current: ICC=1.0mA; (3)reference voltage characterized by small temperature drift; (4)built-in circuit that compensates for variations in lamp voltage characteristics; (5)output from combination of PNP and NPN transistors with suppression diode; (6)wide operating temperature: Ta= -40 to 110; (7)DIP -8 pin.
