      The TC58256FTI is a single 3.3V 256Mbit (276,648,128) bit NAND Electrically Erasable.It has the following features.It is programmable Read-Only Memory organized as 528 bytes*32 pages*2048 blocks.The TC58256FTI  has a 528-bytes static register which allows program and read data to be transferred.The memory cell array of TC58256FTI is in 528*64K*8 increments.The page size is 528 bytes.The TC58256 utilizes the I/O pins for both address and data input/output as well as for command inputs.Its power supply VCC=3.3V±0.3V.The maximum access time of cell array-register is 25 s.The minimum access time of serial read cycle is 50 ns.there are four kinds of models,respectively read,reset,auto page program auto block erase,status read.The typical operating current of read (50-ns cycle) is 10mA.The typical operating current of program (avg.) is 10mA.The typical operating current of erase (avg.) is 10mA.The operating current of standby is 100A.
