TCD1305P

The TCD1305P is designed as a high sensitive and low dark current 3648 elements linear image sensor. The sensor can be used for POS handscanner.

It has seven features. (1)Pixel number is 3648. (2)Pixel size is 8um by 64um (8um). (3)Photo sensing region is high sensitive&low dark current pn photodiode. (4)Internal circuit CCD drive circuit. (5)Power supply is only 5.0V drive. (6)Function is electronic shutter sample and hold circuit. (7)Package is 22 pin DIP (T-CAPP). Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its master clock pulse voltage would be from -0.3V to 7V. (2)Its SH pulse voltage would be min -0.3V and max 7V. (3)Its ICG pulse power supply voltage would from -0.3V to 7V. (4)Its digital power supply would be from -0.3V to 7V. (5)Its analog power supply would be from -0.3V to 7V. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 60°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)sensitivity would be min 44.8V and typ 64V. (2)Its photo response non uniformity would be max 10%. (3)Its register impedance would be max 3%. (4)Its saturation output voltage would be min 1.2mV. (5)Its dark signal voltage would be typ 2mV and max 5mV. (6)Its total transfer effeiciency would be min 92% and typ 95%. (7)Its dynamic range would be typ 300. (8)Its saturation exposure would be typ 0.004lxs. (9)Its DC power dissipation would be typ 25mW and max 75mW. (10)Its DC signal output voltage would be min 1.7V and typ 2.5V and max 3.5V. And so on.
