TLE4203G

The TLE4203G is one member of the TLE4203 family which is designed as the 4-A DC motor driver that can be used as a driver for DC motors in reversible operation. Features of the TLE4203G are:(1)integrated free-wheeling diodes;(2)outputs short-circuit proof to Vs and ground;(3)thermal overload protection;(4)blocking of the output stages upon undervoltage;(5)final push-pull stage free of cross-over.
