TLP3507

The TLP3507 is a kind of photocoupler. It includes a zero voltage crossing turn-on photo-triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a 8 lead plastic DIP package. It is widely used in triac drivers, programmable controllers, AC-output modules, and solid state relays.

There are some features of TLP3507 as follows: (1)peak off-state voltage: 600 V (min); (2)trigger LED current: 100 mA (max); (3)on-state current: 0.5 Arms (max); (4)isolation voltage: 2500 Vrms (min); (5)zero crossing function; (6)UL recognized.

Then is about the detector parameters: (1)off-state output terminal voltage, VDRM: 600 V; (2)on-state RMS current, IT(RMS): 0.5 A at Ta=40 and 0.35 A at Ta=60; (3)peak current from snubber circuit (100 s pulse, 120 pps), ISP: 2 A; (4)peak nonrepetitive surge current (50 Hz, peak), ITSM: 5 A; (5)junction temperature, Tj: 110.
