TQ9223

The TQ9223 is designed as one kind of 3V low-current downconverter ic,and it is produced by Triquint Semiconductor,inc.The TQ9223 3V RFIC downconverter is an RF receiver ic front end designed for the high dynamic range cellular communications standards.The TQ9223 provides a 2.8 dB system noise figure for excellent sensitivity,and a good signal range with -11 dBm input IP3.Its low current consumption,single +3V operation and small,plastic surface-mount package are ideally suited for cost-competitive,space-limited and portable applications.The TQ9223 will operate over an RF frequency range of 800 to 1000MHz,and therefore may be used for any of the cellular and cordless telephony standards.
