TSC80C51C-44CC General Description
The TSC80C51C-44CC is high performance SCMOS versions of the 8051 NMOS single chip 8bit C.It allows to reduce system power consumption by bringing the clock frequency down to any value,even DC,without loss of data.It is manufactured using SCMOS process with allows them to run from 0 up to 44MHz with VCC=5V and also available at 20MHz with 2.7V
Features of the TSC80C51C-44CC are:(1)power control modes;(2)fully static design;(3)128 bytes of RAM;(4)0.8m CMOS process;(5)4K bytes of ROM;(6)boolean processor;(7)32 programmable I/O lines;(8)5 interrupt sources;(9)two 16 bit timer/counter;(10)programmable serial port;(11)64K program memory space;(12)temperature range:commercial,industrial,automotive and military;(13)64K data memory space.
The absolute maximum ratings of the TSC80C51C-44CC can be summarized as:(1)ambiant temperature under bias:C=commercial..0 to 70,I=industrial..-40 to 85;(2)storage temperature:-65 to +150;(3)voltage on VCC to VSS:-0.5V to 7V;(4)voltage on any pin to VSS:-0.5V to VCC=0.5V;(5)power dissipation:1W**.**this value is based on the maximum allowable die temperature and the thermal resistance of the package.
