TUA2000-4

The TUA2000-4 is designed as one kind of monolithically integrated circuit and suitable as a tuner for the VHF range up to 400 MHz, e.g. for TV tuners. Features of this device are:(1)few external components;(2)stable oscillator frequency and amplitude with very low interference radition;(3)optimal rejection of oscillator and input frequencies at the IF output due to a decoupled active ring mixer circuit;(4)high interference voltage resistance;(5)high-impedance mixer input, for symmetrical and asymmetrical connections;(6)IF post-amplifier for the UHF IF signal;(7)optimal cros-talk rejection;(8)large signal-modulation range;(9)low noise figure with wide minimum over large load-impedance range.
