TUA2019-5X

The TUA2019-5X permits the design of TV-tuners covering the entire frequency range from 48 to 900 MHz split into 3 frequency bands. The features of TUA2019-5X are: (1)few external components; (2)frequency and amplitude-stable unbalanced oscillator for the VHF I-frequency range; (3)optimum decoupling of input frequency from oscillator; (4)double balanced mixer with wide dynamic range and high-impedance inputs for the VHF I-frequency range.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of TUA2019-5X: (1)supply voltage: -0.3V min and 14V max; (2)current: 60mA max; (3)switching voltage: -0.3V and +Vs max; (4)junction temperature: 150; (5)storage temperature: -40 to 125; (6)thermal resistance: 75K/W; (7)supply voltage: 10V min and 13.2V max; (8)supplu current: 23mA min and 53mA max.

The electrical characteristics of the TUA2019-5X are: (1)switching voltage: 0V min and 1V max; (2)switching current: 10A max at V13=0.5V; (3)oscillator frequency range: 80MHz min and 216MHz max at Vd=0 to 28V; (4)oscillator drift: 200kHz  max at Vs=12V±10%; (5)oscillator level: 700mVrms typical at channel E2, at hot end; (6)oscillator output: 100 typical parallel equivalent circuit; (7)impedance: 2pF typical at parallel equivalent circuit.
