TV15C5V0 series

The TV15C5V0 series is one series of the SMD translent voltage suppressor,it has some features such as:(1)ideal for surface mount applications;(2)easy pick and place;(3)plastic package has underwriters lab,flammability classification 94V-0;(4)typical IR less than 1 uA above 10 V;(5)fast reponse time:typically less 1 nS for uni-direction,less than 5 nS for bidirectiona,from 0 V to B V min.And the mechanical data is also very important:(1)case:JEDEC DO-214AB molded plastic;(2)terminals:solderable per MIL-STD-750,method 2026;(3)polarity:cathode band denoted and (4)approx.weight:0.21 gram.
