The integrated circuit U211B2/ B3 is designed as a phase control circuit in bipolar technology with an internal frequency- voltage converter. Furthermore, it has an internal ontrol amplifier which means it can be used for speedregulated motor applications.

U211B2/ B3  has an integrated load limitation, tacho monitoring and soft-start functions, etc. to realize sophisticated motor control systems.
