Description

The integrated circuit U211B is designed as a phase-con-trol circuit in bipolar technology with an internalfrequency-voltage  converter. Furthermore, it has an inter-nal control amplifier which means it can be used forspeed-regulated motor applications.

U211B has an integrated load limitation, tacho monitoring andsoft-start functions, etc. to realize sophisticated motorcontrol systems.
