UM91265

The UM91265 is a monolithic integrated circuit which performs 15-memory tone/pulse switchable dialing functionsfor modern telephone set design.It is fabricated in CMOS technology and thus provides good performances in low voltage,low power operations.

Features of the UM91265 are:(1)tone/pulse switchable dialer;(2)stores ten 16-digit numbers for reperatory dialing;(3)additional four 16-digit numbers for emergency calls and long distance service company access code;(4)one 31-digit redial memory;(5)easy operation with redial,store,auto and pauses keypads;(6)key-tone output for valid keypad entry recognition;(7)electronic keypad input is available,low action;(8)pin selectable for make/break ratio;(9)wide operating voltage range:2.0V to 5.5V.
