UPD17005

The UPD17005 is a 4-bit single-cjip CMOS micro controller hich controller which contains digital tuning system hardware.Consequently,a high performance digital tuning system with a variety of functions can be constructed using only one chip.UPD17005 is pin-compatible with UPD17003A and its memory size is reduced.One-time PROM version UPD17005 is available as UPD17005 can be used for program evaluation of UPD17005 at small volume production.
