USH5010

The USH5010 is an 8-channel high voltage analog switch which utilizes unversal's proprietary full oxide isolation process for switching high voltage analogsignals.This device can be used in ultrasound imaging systems and other high voltage applications which requires flexible high voltage switching controllled by internal CMOS logic signals.Features of the USH5010 are:(1)full dielectric isolation for high reliability; (2)45dB typical output off isolation at 10 Mhz; (3)typical on resistance,Ron,is 28 ohms; (4)excellent noise immunity and extremely loe isol; (5)on-chip shift register,and latch logic circuitry; (6)fully flexible high voltage supply combinations; (7)dc to 10Mhz analog signal frequency; (8)excellent latch-up immunity; (9)eight 300V bi-directional analog switches.
