The W91320 is Si-gate CMOS IC that provide necessary signal for either pulse or tone dialing.W91320 features handfree dialing, one key redial, hold and redial.It has many unique features: The first one is DTMF/PULSE switchable dialer.The second one is 32 digits for redial memory.The third one is easy operation with redial, flash, pause and */T keypads.The forth one is pulse to tone keypad for long distance call operation.The fifth one is 4 * 5 keyboard can be used,etc.

Input/output voltage(VIL) is Vss - 0.3 V.VIH is VDD +0.3 V.VOL is Vss-0.3 V.VOH is VDD +0.3 V.Power dissipation(PD) is 120 mW.Operating temperature(Topr) is -20 to 70.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to 150.DC charactersitics(VDD-VSS is 2.5 V , Fosc.is 3.58 MHz, Ta is 25, all output unloaded): Operating voltage(VDD) is 2.0 V min and 5.5 V max.
