WT7012

The WT7012 is designed as one kind of dual motor driver and DC-DC converter that consists a monolithic bridge driver power MOSFET for its driver stage. This device is provided with forward, reverse and brake functions and is ideal as a driver circuit for a motor that winds or rewinds the film in a camera. The DC-DC is PWM control step-up switching regulator which mainly consists of a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, and an error amplifier.

Features of the WT7012 are:(1)high drive current 2.0 A, VDD, VM at 5 V;(2)low ON resistance;(3)at standby will turns off charge pump circuit;(4)low voltage drive (1.8V min.);(5)thermal protection circuit;(6)low voltage operation;(7)duty ratio: built-in PWM control circuit;(8)external parts: transistor, coil, diode and capacitor only;(9)shutdown function, during shutdown: 1 uA (max.);(10)output voltage: 3 V.
