The MAX5130 is designed as the +3V/+5V, 13-bit, serial voltage-output DAC that can be used in (1)industrial process control; (2)automatic test equipment (ATE); (3)digital offset and gain adjustment; (4)motion control; (5)P-controlled systems. This device operates on a single +5V supply with an internal reference of +2.5V, and is capable of a +4.0955V full-scale output, and is available in a 16-pin QSOP package and are specified for the extended-industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range.
