XRD4461

The XRD4461 is a kind of CCD image digitizer with programmable gain and stand-by mode.It includes a high bandwidth, differential correlated double sampler (CDS), an 8-bit digitally programmable gain amplifier (PGA), a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and antomatic black level calibration circuitry.The typical applications include video camcorder, digital still cameras, PC video teleconferencing, digital copiers, infrared image digitizers and CCD/CIS imager interface.

There are some features as follows.First is 10-bit resolution ADC.The second is 18 MHz sampling rate.Then is correlated double sampler (CDS).Next is programmable gain from 6 dB to 38 dB (PGA).The fifth is single 5 V or 3.0 V power supply.The sixth is stand by mode (less than 50A).The seventh is XRD4461 on falling edge of clocks.The last one is low power for battery powered operation: 250 mW @ VDD=5 V.
