The XRD6440 is composed of 16 individual 10bit successive approximation AD converters operated in a time interleaved fashion. A single resistor string with multiple taps generates reference voltages. This string is shared by all 16 converter channels, so any non-linearity (differential and integral) is common to all 16 channels

Some absolute maximum ratings of XRD6440 have been concluded as several points as follow. (1)Its Vdd to GND would be +7V. (2)Its Vrt & Vrb would be from Vdd+0.5V to GND-0.5V. (3)Its Vin would be from Vdd+0.5V to GND-0.5V. (4)Its all inputs would be from Vdd+0.5V to GND-0.5V. (5)Its outputs would be from Vdd+0.5V to GND-0.5V. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (7)Its package power dissipation rating to 75°C would be 100mW for TQFP and would be 18mW/°C for derates above 75°C and would be 500mW for SSOP and would be 20mW above 75°C for derates above 75°C. (8)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be +300°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
