The HMC513LP5 & HMC513LP5E are GaAs InGaP eterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC COs. The HMC513LP5 & HMC513LP5E integrate esonators, negative resistance devices, varactor iodes and feature half frequency and divide-by-  outputs. The VCO's phase noise performance is xcellent over temperature, shock, and process due to he oscillator's monolithic structure. Power output of HMC513LP5 & HMC513LP5E is +7 Bm typical from a +3V supply voltage. The prescaler unction can be disabled to conserve current if not equired. The voltage controlled oscillator is packaged n a leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package, nd requires no external matching components.
