The s2560G is a modified cersion of theS256A pulse dlale with complete pin/function compatibility.It is recommended to be used in all new and existing designs.Most electrical specifications for s2560G are identical.

The absolute maximum ratings of the s2560G can be summarized as:(1)operating voltage,dialing:2.0V to 3.5V;(2)operating voltage,voice mode:1.5V to 3.5V;(3)data retention voltage(minimum):1.0V;(4)IDD operating current:200A@2.0V,1000A@3.5V;(5)IDD standby current:5A@1V;(6)keyboard debounce time:10msec;(7)X-Y keyboard interface:does not need capacitors;(8)redial buffer:22digits;(9)dialing characteristics:can dial more than 22digits are entered;(10)inter-digit pause timing:follows dial pulses.
