Provides less than, equal to, or greater than comparison between setting of BCD thumbwheel switch at X and BCD input digit at Y (Y is count preset into 74192 up/down counter). If equality does not exist, circuit will count up ordown until it reaches equality, and thereby calculate difference between BCD values.
