NAND-gate mono using Texas Instruments SN7400 package provides cleaner, more stable output. Feedback resistor eliminates tendency to oscillate. Output pulse width T is equal to 1.3 RC; when R is 270 ohms,T is 350 C. Input pulse widths over 30 ns can initiate output. C can be 100 pF to 100 μF.-J.E.
