LM122 is the time integrated block ranging from several microseconds to seconds. There is a reference voltage in LM122, and its voltage of power supply is ranging from 4.5 to 40V without changing the regular time.When the voltage on R/C terminal charges to 2V, the input transistor will turnover. When the timer works, the on-or-off problem can be solved by the logic terminal transistor input. Circuit(a) is a time delay power-on circuit and Circuit (b) is a time delay power-off circuit.
