Clock pulse coupling circuit

This cirucit adopts Gallium arsenide IR LED and it is coupled to silicon flat electro-optical composite pipe by optical coupler. The circuit requires insulation, and it can expeditiously transport 5kHz clock pulse according to the maximum rated voltage and current. The circuir uses the electro-optical composite pipe with base outgoing line to improve the recovery time. The circuit load is 400Ω.
