Combination of CD4007A multiple-switch CMOS ICs, ladder network of discrete metal-oxide film resistors, CA3160 voltage-follower opamp, and CA3085 voltage regulator gives digital-to-analog converter that is readily interfaced with 10-V logic levels of CMOS input. Required resistor accuracy, ranging from ±0.1% for bit 2 to ±1% for bits 6-9, is achieved by using series and parallel combinations of 806K resistors.— Linear Integrated Circuits and MOS/FET's, RCA Solid State Division, Somerville, NJ, 1977, p 267-268.
