Four-channel switch circuitis shown as the chart, 2N4091 Junction FET power gives each group less than 30Ω on-resistance and a small turn-off leakage current. DS7800 voltage converter provides 10 ~ 20V gate drive voltage to junction field effect transistor, and it is compatible with DTL and TTL circuits.
