Information is transmitted to decoding unit and display board in series of pulse bursts. each containing entire information to be displayed, for rapid error correction if information is garbled during transmission. System can use pair of wires for transmission, having sufficient bandwidth to pass pulse burst. Information is introduced by opening S9 in transmitter-R. C. Lyman and C. I.
