ASCLL_TO_HEX_CONVERTER

Simple two-chip circuit takes ASCLL data from keyboard and converts characters 0-9 and A-F to 4-bit hexadecimal machine-tanguage format, as required for loading operating system initially into 1802-based microprocessor system.
