Light change detector drive relay circuit

This circuit adopts electric capacity coupling between phototransistor and bipolar transistor, so it only has influence on the intermission or fast change of light, it has no effect on the slow change of ambient light produced by cloud or sunrise. When there is flashing, the relay pulls in; and if there is no light, it will release.
