Input d-c control voltage required by SiC varistors of voltage-tuned oscillator is boosted by d-c amplifier stages that produce two control voltages (at A and B) for SiC varistors of phase-shift oscillator circuit, changing their a-c resistance and thereby oscillator frequency.-M.
