The 30WQ03F and 30WQ04F have five features.The first one is popular D-PAK outline.The second one is small foot print,surface moutable.The third one is low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is high frequency operation.The fifth one is guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.
