Schottky Rectifier 40L15CTPbF, 2 x 20 A

This 40L15CTPbF center tap Schottky rectifier has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 125 °C junction temperature. Typical applications of 40L15CTPbF are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
40L15CTPbF has eight unique features. The first one is 125 °C TJ operation (VR < 5 V). The second one is center tap configuration. The third one is very low forward voltage drop. The froth one is high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance. The fifth one is high frequency operation. The sixth one is guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability. The seventh one is lead (Pb)-free ("PbF" suffix).
