A80188

The 80188 is a highly-integrated microprocessor with an 8-bit data bus interface and a 16-bit internal architecture for high performance.It effectively combines 15-20 of the most common iAPX 85 system components onto one.It comes in a 68-pin package and requires a single +5V power supply.

The absolute maximum ratings of the 80188 can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature:-65 to +150;(2)voltage on any pin with respect to ground:-1.0V to +7V;(3)power dissipation(steady state 70):2.0W.Stresses above those listed under absoulte maximum ratings may cause permanent device failure.Functional at or above these limits is not implies.Exposure to absolute reliability.
