ACTS573D General Description
The ACTS573D is one member of the ACTS573 family which is designed as the radiation hardened octal three-state transparent latch device that is processed to a standard flow intended to meet the cost and shorter lead-time needs of large volume satellite manufacturers, while maintaining a high level of reliability.
