AIC1734-30PXT

The AIC1734-30PXT is one member of the AIC1734 family which is designed as the 3-pin low dropout linear regulator that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)CD-ROM drivers; (2)LAN cards; (3)microprocessor; (4)RAM module; (5)wireless communication systems; (6)battery powered systems. Also this device is available in popular SOT-23, SOT-89 and TO-92 packages.
