AK8406A

The AK8406A is a single chip, 5 MS/s ADC with shading correction function, which produces 256 grat shade image from CCD or CIS.

There are some features of AK8406A as follows: (1)shading correction LSI for CCD/CIS sensor; (2)input signal level: 250 mVp-p to 1.15 Vp-p; (3)processing speed: 5M sample/sec; (4)sample hold and clump circuit included; (5)8 bit 2-step flash ADC included; (6)8 bit ADC (detector) and analog multiplier (corrector) for white shading; (7)8 bit ADC (detector) and analog multiplier (corrector) for black shading; (8)8 bit peak detector (ADC) and 8 bit peak hold (DAC); (9)constant voltage reference included; (10)CMOS monolithic LSI; (11)5 V single power supply (5 V± 5%); (12)80 pin QFP.
