AK93C65AF-E2

The AK93C65AF-E2 is a kind of 4096-bit CMOS EEPROM divided into 256 registers of 16 bits each. It has four instructions such as READ, WRITE, EWEN and EWDS. It has a wide operating voltage range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The serial interface of the device includes chip select (CS), serial clock (SK), datain (DI) and data-out (DO). It is available in 8-pin Plastic SOP package.
