Using'trench' technology BUK9120-48TC features very low on-state resistanceand has integral zener diodes givingESD protection up to 2kV and activedrain voltage clamping. Temperaturesensitive diodes are incorporated formonitoring chip temperature.

BUK9120-48TC is intended for use inautomotive and general purposeswitching applications.
