High current power rectifier diode is suited for Switched Mode Power Supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. BYT200PIV400 is packaged in ISOTOP and is designed for use in a medium voltage high current applications such as welding equipment and Telecom supplies.

BYT200PIV400 has four features: The first one is low conduction losses.The second one is negative switching losses.The third one is high avalanche capability.The forth one is isolated package:2500 VDC capacitance 42 pF.
