CD4063B

The CD4063B is a 4-bit magnitude comparator designed for use in computer and logic applications that require the comparison of two 4-bit words.This logic circuit determines whether one 4-bit word(binary or BCD) is "less than". "equal to". or "greater thant" a second 4-bit word.

Features of the CD4063B are:(1)expansion to 8,12,16....4N bits by cascading units; (2)medium-speed operation; (3)100% tested for quiescent current at 20 V; (4)standardized symmetrical output characteristics; (5)5V,10V and 15 V parametrical ratings.

The absolute maximum ratings of the CD4063B can be summarized as:(1): DC supply-voltage range(VDD) is -0.5 V to +20 V(voltages referenced to Vss terminal); (2): input voltage range, all inputs is -0.5 V to VDD+0.5 V; (3): DC input current, any one input is ±10 mA; (4): operating temperature range(Ta) is -55 to +125; (5): storage temperature range(Tstg) is -65 to +150.
