DS1245YP

The DS1245YP belongs to the DS1245Y series. It is a 1024 K nonvolatile SRAM. It can be used in place of existing 128 K * 8 static RAMs directly conforming to the popular bytewide 32-pin DIP standard. It is available in the 32-pin DIP package. It has some features as follows. (1) 10 years minimum data retention in the absence of external power; (2) data is automatically protected during power loss; (3) unlimited write cycles; (4) low-power CMOS; (5) read and write access times as fast as 70 ns; (5) lithium energy source is electrically disconnected to retain freshness until power is applied for the first time; (6) new PowerCap Module (PCM) package; (7) optional industrial temperature range; (8) full ±10 % VCC operating range.
