Description

FCAS30DN60BB is an advanced smart power module for SRMdrive that Fairchild has newly developed and designed to providevery compact and high performance SRM motor drivesmainly targeting low-power SRM application especially for avacuum air cleaner. It combines optimized circuit protection anddrive matched to low-loss IGBTs. System reliability is furtherenhanced by the integrated under-voltage lock-out and shortcircuitprotection. The high speed built-in HVIC provides optocoupler-less IGBT gate driving capability that further reduce theoverall size of the system. In addition the incorporated HVICfacilitates the use of single-supply drive topology enabling theFCAS30DN60BB to be driven by only one drive supply voltagewithout negative bias.
