The HM6116 is a very low poer CMOS static RAM organized as 2048*8bits.It is manufactured using the MHS high performance CMOS technology.
Features of the HN27C256FP are:(1)access time commercial:120ns(max);industrial:120ns(msx);military:120ns(max); (2)very low power consumption active:240mW(typ);standby:2.0W(TYP);data retention:4W(TYP); (3)600 mils width package; (4)ttl compatible inputs and outputs; (5)asynchronous; (6)single 5 volt supply equal cycle and access time; (7)no clock and strobes required ; (8)gated inputs; (9)wide temperature range:-55 ~125.
