HM62864LFP-7SL

The HM62864LFP-7SL is designed as a CMOS static RAM organized 64-kword x 8-bit. It realizes higher density, higher performance and low power consumption by employing 0.8 mm Hi-CMOS process technology. It offers low power standby power dissipation; therefore, it is suitable for battery backup systems.

It has eight features. (1)High speed, fast access time: 55/70/85ns (max). (2)Low power, active: 50mW (typ) (f=1MHz) and standby: 2mW (typ). (3)Single 5V supply. (4)Completely static memory and no clock or timing strobe required. (5)Equal access and cycle times. (6)Common data input and output and three state output. (7)Directly TTL compatible for all inputs and outputs. (8)Capability of battery backup operation, 2 chip selection for battery backup. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. (2)Its terminal voltage would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its power dissipation would be 1.0W. (4)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. (6)Its storage temperature under bias would be from -10°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its input leakage current would be max 1uA. (2)Its output leakage current woud be max 1uA. (3)Its operating power supply current would be typ 10mA and max 15mA. (4)Its average operating powr supply current would be typ 55mA and max 70mA. (5)Its output low voltage would be max 0.4V. (6)Its output high voltage would be min 2.4V. (7)Its standby power supply current would be typ 0.7mA and max 3mA. And so on.
