The ISD33120 is a single-chip voice record/playback device. The ISD33120 provides high-quality, 3-volt,single chip record/playback solutions for 2- to 4-minute messaging applications which are ideal for celluar phones and other portable products.

The ISD33120 has some features as follows: (1)low-power consumption; (2)no algorithm development reauired; (3)fully addressable to handle multiple massages; (4)nonvolatile message storage; (5)on-chip clock source; (6)power consumption controlled by SPI or microwire control register; (7)available in die form, PDIP, SOIC, and TSOP packaging.

Here comes is about its absolute maximum ratings of ISD33120: (1)junction temperature: 150 ; (2)storage temperature range: -65 to 150 ; (3)voltage applied to any pin: VSS-0.3 V to VCC+0.3 V; (4)lead temerature(soldering 10 seconds): 300 .
