ITR20510/TR8

      ITR20510/TR8 is designed as a light reflection switch.ITR20510/TR8 includes a GaAs IR-LED transmitter and a NPN photo-transistor with a high photosensitive receiver for short distance, operating in the infrared range. Both components are mounted side- by- side in a plastic package.
      ITR20510/TR8 has seven features.The first is fast response time;the second is high sensitivity;the third is cut-Off visible wavelength and the last four features are thin,compact,Pb free,remain within RoHS compliant version.
      ITR20510/TR8 can be used in camera,VCR,Floppy disk drive,cassette type recorder and various microcomputer control equipment.
      Absolute Maximum Ratings (Ta=25) about it:(1)Input Parameter: Power Dissipation at(or below) 25 Free is 75mW;Reverse Voltage is 5V;Forward Current is 50mA and the Peak Forward Current is 1A.(2)Output Parameter:Collector Power Dissipation 75mW; Collector Current 50mA;Collector-Emitter Voltage 30V and the Emitter-Collector Voltage is 5V.Otherwise,The Operating Temperature(Topr) is -25~+85 ;Storage Temperature(Tstg) is -30~+90 ;Lead Soldering Temperature is 260 .
      Recommended Method of Storage of ITR20510/TR8 are (1)Shelf life in sealed bag: 12 months at < 40 °C and < 90% relative humidity (RH);(2)After bag is opened, devices that will be subjected to reflow solder or other high temperature process must a) Mounted within 72 hours of factory conditions < 30 °C/60%RH, or b) Stored at <20% RH;(3)Devices require bake, before mounting, if: Humidity Indicator Card is > 20% when read at 23 ± 5 °C;(4)If baking is required, devices may be baked:a) 192 hours at 40,and <5% RH(dry air/nitrogen) or b) 96 hours at 60,and <5% RH for all device containers .c) 24 hours at 125 °C.
