LH52256 General Description
The LH52256 is a kind of low-power CMOS-periphery static RAM organized as 32,768*8 bits. It is fabricated using silicon-gate CMOS process technology.
There are some features as follows: (1)32,768*8 bit organization; (2)access times: 70/90/120 ns max; (3)low power consumption: operating: 440/385/385 mW max; standby: 550W max; (4)fully static operation; (5)TTL compatible I/O; (6)three-state outputs; (7)single +5 V power supply; (8)packages: 28-pin, 600-mil DIP and 28-pin, 450-mil SOP.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings: (1)supply voltage, VCC: -0.3 to 7.0 V; (2)input voltage, VIN: 0.3 to +7.0 V; (3)operating temperature, Topr: 0 to +70; (4)storage temperature, Tstg: -55 to +150. Then is about the recommended operating conditions (TA=0 to +70): (1)supply voltage, VCC: 4.5 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.5 V max; (2)input voltage, VIH: 2.2 V min, 3.5 V typ and VCC+0.3 V max; (3)input voltage, VIL: -0.3 V min and +0.8 V max.
