General Description
M65840FP General Description
The M65840FP is complementary metal oxide semiconductor integrated circuit i used to control the key of music in karaoke'players.This single chip has all functions necessary for key control.It is optional for use in karaoke players, such as radio cassette recorders, mini audio compoments and video cassette recorders.
Features of the M65840FP are:(1)all functions necessary for digital key control, such as input/output low-pass filter, A-D, D-A converter, 32K-bit SRAM and control logic circuit, are built-in one chip; (2)low noise bu digital key control; (3)key is controlled in 32 steps from -20 to +20 by microcomputer(one point corresponds to a semitone.); (4)single power supply; (5)built-in automatic reset circuit(the IC is reset as power is turned on).
The absolute maximum ratings of the M65840FP can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(Vcc) is 6.0 V; (2): circuit current(Icc) is 100 mA; (3): input voltage(Vi) is -0.3 V to Vcc+0.3 V; (4): operating temperature(Topr) is -20 to 75; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is -40 to 125.
